Terms & Conditions for Digital Products, Bookings & Services

These Terms & Conditions apply to all digital products, bookings, and services provided by Hali Jafari (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or accessing our products and services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Digital Products
All digital products (e.g., courses, e-books, downloads, templates) are for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, distributing, or making them available to others without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the materials have been accessed or downloaded.
If you have not accessed or downloaded any materials, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing contact@halijafari.com. By accessing the course/workbook/download you agree to waive your right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations once access or download begins.
2. Bookings and Appointments
For one-to-one sessions, workshops, or events:
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan is expressly agreed in writing.
Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled (subject to availability).
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
3. Service Delivery
We make every effort to deliver services as described. However, we reserve the right to make reasonable changes due to unforeseen circumstances. Any material changes will be communicated in advance.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials shared during sessions or via digital products remain the intellectual property of Hali Jafari. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for personal use only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.
6. Data Protection
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.halijafari.com.
7. Refund Policy
Digital Products (e.g., courses, e-books, downloads):
All sales are final once access or download has begun. By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations once access or download begins.
If you have not accessed or downloaded any materials, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing contact@halijafari.com.
Workshops, Strategy Sessions & Live Services:
Bookings are non-refundable. You may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice by contacting contact@halijafari.com. No refunds are given for missed sessions or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice.
Exceptions:
We understand that life happens. If exceptional circumstances prevent you from accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to support you.
